On a breezy stormy evening when the airplane was constantly hitting air-pockets we landed in Kochi. What a tantalizing welcome by the city ! We were warmly greeted by the car of the mariott in the airport and we quickly checked into Courtyard by Marriott, Kochi.

The hotel is absolutely a stunner situated just 5 mins from the Kochi Airport. Our room was a suite room which had one big drawing room, with two washrooms – bathtub included, a big LED TV, a desk setup perfect for your workcations and a very warm cosy bed with a stunning view of the Kochi City. We freshened up to get ready for the scrumptious dinner as we were super hungry.

We were treated with a lavish buffet spread which had everything right from local delicacies to North Indian food and also continental varieties. We mainly gorged on the delicious and super aesthetic Iftar Platter! This platter had samosas, dates, fruits, cashews, spring rolls and many more items! We were full to the brim and decided to burn some calories by strolling in this beautiful property! We were fully tired and had to call it a day post this. The next morning we woke up early to see the beauty of this place in sunlight.

Courtyard by Marriott is basically a luxury hotel which is perfect for families, couples, business trips and of course with friends as well. The swimming pool is situated in the ground floor and is absolutely beautiful as it is surrounded by lush green tress giving this place a beautiful vibe and look!

Breakfast for us was a super lavish one with various types of eggs, sausages, hams, parathas, dosas and yummy pancakes! The staff of this property truly mesmerized me with their hospitality and warm behaviour.

We had to soon bid adieu to this place as we had a very tight schedule. We loved each moment at this place and can’t wait to be back again 🙂
